The aim of the project was to streamline different internal processes of the organization by integrating AI in some internal workflows in the organization. The 2 major workflows that I worked on were; 1. Reading claim receipts using OCR (tool name: Sense-maker), 2. Generating MOMs from meeting recordings (tool name: Transcribe). The following case study will focus on Design of Sense-maker tool.
