PROJECT OVERVIEW

Redesigned the rewards experience for a Dubai based banking client to help customers transparently track, understand and redeem their cashback and welcome bonus directly within the mobile app.

My Contribution:

As a Product designer I led research synthesis, journey mapping, service blueprinting, and end-to-end design in collaboration with CX, , Compliance, Marketing and Tech.
